Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis insists this season's early success hasn't come as a surprise.
After victory over Livorno, De Laurentiis said: "I was always confident this Napoli could compete with teams like Inter and AC Milan because we have a very talented sports director in Pierpaolo Marino, who is someone I have total faith in."
