Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has dropped a big hint of signing Sampdoria striker Manolo Gabbiadini.

Last week, Gabbiadini scored in Samp's 2-2 draw with Udinese and was also booked, meaning he'll be suspended for the first game of 2015.

"Good, that means he'll arrive in time to get some training sessions under his belt," smiled De Laurentiis.

Gabbiadini is expected to move to Napoli for €13 million.
