Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has dismissed concerns of losing Marek Hamsik to Chelsea in the summer.
Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is keen on the Slovakia international, who he regards as a younger version of AC Milan star Andrea Pirlo.
But De Laurentiis said: "He won't be going anywhere, as contracts are not just bits of paper. Obviously if Inter were to offer me 60m Euros, then we could sit down and talk.
"We have no reason to sell, as our balance sheets are positive. Don't forget when I took over at Napoli, we didn't even have a chair."
