Napoli midfielder Francesco Montervino is confident of taking it up to Serie A league leaders Inter Milan.

After the Nerazzurri lost in the Champions League midweek to Greek club Panathinaikos, Montervino can see cracks in the foundation.

"We need to be calm," Montervino told Datasport.

"Inter are a great team, but we aren't scared of them.

"We know how good we are and we play every match with the belief that we can win - nothing is impossible.

"Every game is important and we want to prove that we can finish the campaign in the top six.

"As a team we have been getting excellent results. I'm sure we can finish around the top this term and a win over Inter would be a great step towards that."
