Napoli coach Rudi Garcia has no doubts about Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The Georgia star has had a quiet start to the season.

But Garcia reasoned: "There's no concern, he came back yesterday, he played 180 minutes, they had difficulties in the first match, a little better in the second, but I'm not worried about him.

"He was missing in the first half against Lazio due to a bit of luck, there were deflected or blocked shots, he'll be back to scoring goals or assists as soon as he's well.

"He didn't have the 90 minutes with Lazio, but two matches for Georgia is good news for us."
