Napoli coach Rafa Benitez has defended continuing to overlook left-back Faouzi Ghoulam.
For their draw with Inter Milan, Benitez again picked Miguel Angel Britos at left-back, a decision that has confused Napoli supporters.
"Ghoulam played the World Cup, broke his arm and was out for almost a month. The initial choice of Britos at left-back was evaluated carefully, it seemed difficult to use Ghoulam after such a long time out and we wanted to make the most of Britos in his current form."
