Napoli are closing on Internacional striker Leandro Damiao.

Damiao is ready to move to Europe this summer.

"Napoli are a great side and there is a very big chance Leandro will move to Europe in the next transfer session," his agent Vinicius Prates told Calciomercato.it.

"He has been Internacional's top scorer for three years now and if the right proposal were to arrive, then he would leave.

"In recent months the directors received a very important offer from a group of investors in Russia, but our objective is to go into a major European League.

"I can assure you nothing official has arrived from Napoli yet. Other clubs have made their interest more manifest, but I cannot name names."
