Napoli football chief Riccardo Bigon has ruled out allowing Ezequiel Lavezzi to leave for Manchester City.
Lavezzi has been linked with City in a swap for Mario Balotelli.
But Bigon says: "An exchange of Lavezzi for Balotelli? It is fantasy football, we have never spoken and I do not think we will in the future.
"Balotelli is an excellent player, I do not want to be misunderstood, but we consider Lavezzi non-transferable, now he is connected to Naples so I do not see why change."
