Rafa Benitez is being urged to RESIGN from Napoli after an abysmal post-match media conference yesterday.
After defeat to Torino, the former Liverpool and Chelsea manager delivered only monosyllabic answers to questions from the media, which left pundits furious.
Gazzetta dello Sport has produced an editorial this morning highly critical of Benitez's surly performance, while former Napoli and Juventus midfielder Massimo Mauro went a step further.
He told Sky Italia: "Benitez responds in monosyllabic fashion and I think this is also a problem for Napoli because he cannot represent the club like this.
"Maybe he will resign or (president Aurelio) De Laurentiis sends him away. I think it's dishonest to speak of the referee in a game like this, wanting to believe that this was a defeat influenced by the mistakes of the match officials."
