Nani wants a decision made over his future at Manchester United this weekend.
The Daily Star says Nani has told friends back in his homeland he will make a final decision later this week and his preferred destination is either Italy or Portugal.
Nani has seen his wage demands of £90,000 turned down and United have told him he can leave if the right bid comes in.
United chief executive Ed Woodward turned down a £6m bid from Turkish giants Galatasaray earlier this week.
But a host of other clubs are interested in signing Nani, including Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Benfica and his former employers Sporting Lisbon.
