Aston Villa's Leandro Bacuna jokingly revealed that his girlfriend wants him to be like teammate Christian Benteke.

The former U21 Dutch international also spilled the beans on Benteke's personal life and claims that the striker is 'soft' unlike the way people see him on the pitch.

"He's not, like, that tough - he is sweet, a bit cute," Bacuna laughed.

"On the pitch I see the [big, imposing] persona, yes, but off it he's just a good person.

"Even my girlfriend Lynsey sometimes says, 'Can you be like Christian? He's sweet'. That's the funny part of it!"
