Glenn Murray was in a buoyant mood after helping Crystal Palace to a 2-1 victory over Manchester City on Monday night.
The 31-year old striker netted the opening goal in the 34th minute as the Eagles defeated the reigning champions at Selhurst Park to notch his fifth goal in his last five outings.
Murray only returned from a serious knee injury in February and is now delighted to be contributing to the Palace cause.
"It is a good night for the club. I'm obviously enjoying it, it took a long time to get over my knee," he told Sky Sports.
"I've worked hard to get back to this position, I'm enjoying it now.
"We are that type of group who will keep pushing every game."
