Dirk Kuyt's wife Gertrude has thanked Liverpool fans for their support as they prepare to move to Fenerbahce.

Gertrude, Dirk and their four children will move to Turkey after six years on Merseyside once the transfer is completed over the coming days.

And Mrs Kuyt wrote: "We truly gone mis Liverpool! We love that city! Thanks to our friends, players and all the people around us who looked after us last 6 years."
