Manchester United face a threat from Chelsea in their bid for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo. The Daily Mail says the £80million Real Madrid forward, who was sent off last night in a dramatic Copa del Rey final loss to bitter local rivals Atletico, is on a summer shopping list put together by Chelsea's incoming manager Jose Mourinho.
United have first option to sign Ronaldo if Real decide to sell and the Portugal star favours a return to Old Trafford.
But Mourinho, who has worked with him for the past three years, has added him to his list of premium targets.
