Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has called on the clubs loyal fans to get behind the team this weekend.

The Blues require victory over Crystal Palace at home on Sunday to hold aloft the Premier League title after beating Leicester City 3-1 at the King Power Stadium on Wednesday night.

It all seems academic now that Chelsea will return to the winners' dais but Mourinho is erring on the side of caution ahead of the potential celebratory homecoming on the weekend.

"Stamford Bridge must be ready to push the team next Sunday," Mourinho told Sky Sports.

"We need Stamford Bridge not to be celebrating the title, as we do not have the title.

"We need them to push us to the three points we need."

The Blues are sitting 13 points clear of second-placed Manchester City and third-placed Arsenal with four fixtures remaining (Arsenal have five).
