Roma coach Jose Mourinho admits he can't lose his rag with his players like he did in the past with Chelsea.

Speaking with his former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel on his Obi One podcast, Mourinho revealed how he would go ballistic with his players during his first period in charge at Stamford Bridge.

He said: "One of the things I also say to my boys here in Roma today is that if I were exactly the same as I was in that Chelsea dressing room, they wouldn't play.

"Because there were moments when I destroyed everything, massage tables in the air, but I knew that those guys would destroy everything when we returned to the pitch.

"You can only do it with some personalities, if you do it with the wrong guys in the second half they don't even want the ball, they hide from each other."
