Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has labelled Jose Mourinho as the best manager he has ever had.

The Spaniard praised the Portuguese in the wake of the Blues' Premier League triumph on Sunday, describing him as a manager with an 'edge' who 'gets the best out of you'.

"He has some edge that goes above anyone else I have ever been with," said Fabregas.

"He knows how to get the best out of you, and that's what you want from a manager.

"He is someone that can motivate a player every three days, when you play 60 games a season and that is not easy, trust me.

"The mentality shows every single training session, or game. I now understand why he has won what he has won in his career."
