Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says Spain striker Fernando Torres still has a future at Stamford Bridge. The 30-year-old, who joined the Blues for £50m in January 2011, has scored nine goals in 33 games this season but has never hit the goalscoring heights of his previous club Liverpool.
Asked about Torres on Friday, he said: "Obviously we want him to score more goals. But does he have a future? Yes."
"During [his] period at the club he has had moments, some of them important moments," Mourinho added.
"He works hard for the team and brings things to the team. He is contracted and a good professional."
