Tottenham's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League have effectively ended but midfielder Ryan Mason believes the squad is still motivated to finish the season strongly.
Spurs lost 1-0 at home to Manchester City on Sunday to remain seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with three fixtures remaining which makes it tricky to sneak into the top four but Mason is driven to play well in the final few weeks of the campaign.
"I don't think it's hard at all (to remain motivated)," Mason said. "We are a very young team and we want to be playing games.
"There is no sense of us thinking about our holidays at all.
"You can see with the effort the boys put in (against Manchester City) - we gave absolutely everything and that won't be a problem at all."
Spurs currently occupy sixth position, which has them in line to play Europa League next term, a solitary point ahead of seventh-placed Southampton.
