Motherwell are determined to keep promising striker Lee Erwin at the club.

The Express reports that the 'Well have offered the 21-year old a three-year deal in order to stave off interest from a host of English clubs.

It is believed that Championship sides Rotherham United and Ipswich Town are showing interest along with Preston North End who are on the verge of gaining promotion from League One.

Erwin has scored four goals in 33 appearances for Motherwell this season.
