Massimo Moratti is seriously considering BUYING BACK Inter Milan from Erick Thohir.Gazzetta dello Sport says the former Inter president has been speaking with foreign backers about financing a shock takeover of the Nerazzurri.

Moratti sold up last October, with his company now holding a minority 30 per cent in the club.

Pirelli chief Marco Tronchetti is among Moratti's supporters and would also return in a buyout.

Moratti had held control of Inter between 1995 and 2013.
