Moore scoops Player of the Year for Queensland

Craig Moore has won his second Player of the Year award for Queensland Roar.

The skipper was awarded the Gary Wilkins Medal for the second consecutive year at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Moore also picked up the Player's Player award, Orange Army Player of the Year and the Foundation Members' Player of the Year.

Dutch striker van Dijk nabbed two awards from his first season in the Hyundai A-League.

van Dijk easily won the Golden Boot for most goals with 12 and also picked up the Queensland ROARS Against Racism Ambassador Award for his dedication to community events and helping to raise awareness of racism within the community.

Chris Grossman was awarded the Queensland Roar Youth best and fairest award for his play from midfield which included 11 goals for the season.

Matildas defender Clare Polkinghorne claimed the Queensland Roar Women's best and fairest gong, a fine achievement in a championship winning team.
