Montpellier are furious over the manner of Olivier Giroud's move to Arsenal.
Montpellier president Louis Nicollin will not allow his players to insert buy-out clauses in their contracts because he is so angry at losing striker Giroud to Arsenal for £9.6m.
He said: "Allowing Giroud a 12m buyout clause was bloody silly. In future, there'll be no more buyout clauses."
