AC Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo was sorry for Nigel De Jong after he snapped his Achilles tendon.

De Jong broke down in victory over Torino.

"It was really enjoyable going away from home and scoring four goals," Montolivo told Milan's official website.

"Especially at a difficult place like Torino. We were all happy with the win, but sad for Nigel and the injury he suffered.

"I want to wish Nigel good luck - I hope he is back playing for us soon."
