Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella is pleased with their swoop for Alessandro Diamanti.

The Viola are reinforcing with Diamanti making his move from Guangzhou Evergrande official on loan with option to buy.

"I like him because he has determination as well as the characteristics to help us. He is a leader and we need someone like him.

"Diamanti won't be available tomorrow, but I hope to have him ready for Chievo," said Montella.
