Vincenzo Montella has been named new coach of Catania.
Former Roma boss Montella succeeds Diego Simeone.
Montella was also targeted by Chievo Verona recently after they lost Stefano Pioli to Palermo.
Montella was appointed as Roma tactician, from the youth academy, in February following Claudio Ranieri's resignation after the 4-3 loss at Genoa.
