Garry Monk is on track to successfully mark his first season in charge at Swansea City with a record.
Monk's team is on track to reach the 40 points mark quicker than anyother Swans team in the Premier League, reports WalesOnline.
Victory at Burnley will see Swansea reach the significant tally one day quicker than they managed in 2013.
Monk is also aiming for a first 50-point top-flight Swansea season since John Toshack's men finished sixth in 1982. Swansea took home 69 points that year, although that was in a 22-team top division.
