Money can't buy what I have at Man City - Toure

Manchester City star Yaya Toure has hinted that he may remain with the club beyond his current contract.

The powerful midfielder has two years to run on his deal at the Etihad Stadium and despite constant links with a potential departure, he suggests he could stay on beyond the summer of 2017 because he has what money cannot buy.

"Football is like that," he said in an interview with the Manchester Evening News. "You get a contract but, after, maybe you can continue doing something.

"For me, the target is to continue helping the club to the end.

"I think it is the first club where I have been where the fans have been singing my name for a long time. We have friends, people around you, fans always sing your name.

"Those things, money can't buy."
