Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim has taken another dig at Premier League side Arsenal.

Despite being cast as underdogs, Monaco managed to dump Arsenal out of the Champions League in the Round of 16 stage of the competition.

Following their fine victory, the French side have earned a quarter-final clash against Juventus and ahead of the first leg in Turin, manager Jardim has taken a swipe at Arsene Wenger's Gunners by stating that the Italian giants are a much better outfit than they.

Speaking to reporters, Jardim said: "Juventus are a better team than Arsenal. They are in the quarter-final of the Champions League and deserve to be there.

"Juve are a better team, it's not complicated. They are top of their league. We deserve to be here and we deserve respect. We have quality and we know what a difficult game this will be."
