The Daily Star Sunday says ASM are preparing an eye-watering £20million bid for Cabaye.
Russian billionaire owner Dmitry Rybolovlev wants to bankroll a massive summer spend for the club's return to the French top flight next season and has already been linked with a move for Wayne Rooney.
But France international Cabaye is his No.1 target.
