AS Monaco has pulled back from talks with off contract Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes.
L'Equipe says Monaco are not going ahead with the pre-contract they signed with Valdes, who is currently recovering from a serious knee injury.
Valdes could be left without a club for the start of next season, with Monaco reluctant to commit to anything while he is incapable of passing a medical.
