AS Monaco are launching a bid for AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
French sources say Monaco intend to offer 30 million for the Italy international after the World Cup.
A swap deal involving Radamel Falcao had been mooted, but the Colombian rejected the move with Milan again missing out on the Champions League.
Instead, Monaco will slap up a massive cash bid for Balotelli to tempt Milan to sell.
