AS Monaco are willing to meet Chelsea's asking price for Fernando Torres. ASM, flush with the €80 million from Real Madrid for the sale of James Rodriguez, are in the market for a new star signing.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Chelsea are seeking €25 million to offload Torres and Monaco are happy to meet the price.
Torres is also interesting former club Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan.
Any departure, however, is likely to depend on Chelsea first signing a replacement.
