AS Monaco are interested in Blackburn Rovers defender Gael Givet.
The Mirror says Rovers boss Steve Kean is already struggling for defenders and could also lose Chris Samba, who has been linked with Tottenham and Arsenal.
Givet played 178 times for Monaco during a seven-year spell that included a losing appearance in the 2004 Champions League final, and he could be open to a return.
He had a falling-out with Blackburn when he tried to sue them for money to pay a tax bill relating to his signing-on fee.
