Former Juventus chief Luciano Moggi can see Napoli reaching the European places this season.

He explained: "Roma will be competitive, but the fact that Napoli has been very careful and clever in their purchases suggests that the Azzurri have come closer to the Giallorossi and Fiorentina.

"(President Aurelio) De Laurentiis has sacrificed a lot, economically, especially when he has decided not to sell (Ezequiel) Lavezzi."
