Former Juventus chief Luciano Moggi says they need to find a new midfield playmaker.
Moggi believes strengthening the midfield must be a priority this summer.
He told Radio Bianconera: "Juve would need someone like (Andrea) Pirlo, to tell the truth.
"Then, later, when you've done what you need, you can do (Nicolo) Zaniolo too, (Sergej) Milinkovic-Savic and (Davide) Frattesi. But first you have to do what is needed.
"You have to find the players. It's not that there is no longer any talent, but players of great standing don't exist and, unfortunately, they are the thinking minds of a team.
"When you've found the thinking mind that find your striker well or knows how to carry on the action in the best way, you've already made 50% of a team."
On veteran defender Leonardo Bonucci, Moggi added: "Bonucci was and is a Juventus player, to which he gave a good performance. Now they're criticizing him because, in the national team and in Juventus, he made some mistakes, but mistakes are there. After all, mistakes at Juventus have been very frequent and it's not just him who made them."
