MK Dons young gun Dele Alli has emerged on the radar of both Manchester City and Chelsea.
Sky Sports suggests that the 18-year old midfielder has impressed scouts of both Premier League clubs with his impressive performances in League One this season.
England U18 international Alli was a consistent performer for MK during the 2013/14 season, making 37 appearances and scoring seven goals in all competitions.
He has been compared with Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard and comes highly-rated by Dons boss Karl Robinson.
