The Daily Mail says the handlers behind Wayne Rooney's sponsorship appearance for a football computer game are demanding that the invited press give them approval over the editorial coverage and headlines, as well as the questions asked.

Not only is the censorship unacceptable, but Rooney is more than capable of dealing with the media by himself, as he has shown many times on England duty.
