Manchester City midfielder James Milner has played down Mario Balotelli's clash with manager Roberto Mancini.
The pair rowed after Balotelli was hooked during their friendly against LA Galaxy for showboating.
"Obviously I would like him to put that into the back of the net, but Mario is Mario, he does some strange things sometimes," Milner told Sky Sports News.
"I think he's shown since he's been here he has obviously got great potential, but he's still young and still learning and hopefully he will get better and maybe learn from these sort of experiences."
