Inter Milan have recorded a narrow 1-0 win over CSKA Moscow in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final.
Argentine ace Diego Milito did the damage for the Nerazzurri in the 65th minute with a low shot from just outside the penalty area but the home side were unable to finish the Russians off, missing a host of chances to add a second goal.
Despite a slender lead, Inter will go into the return leg on April 6 with a slight advantage after keeping a clean sheet at home but Moscow is a difficult place to travel to.
