Middlesbrough are confident of landing West Brom's off contract midfielder Zoltan Gera.

Boro boss Gareth Southgate believes he can offer the most lucrative package funded by Steve Gibson's millions - and the Teessiders have had a long-standing interest in Gera, having made a formal enquiry about him in the January transfer window 17 months ago.
