Despite signing Charlton Athletic fullback Luke Young, Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate admits he needs more cover in his wide defensive positions.

Southgate said: "The one thing we haven't got at the moment is much cover in the full-back positions. I have to see if I can strengthen these areas."
