Michu admits Laudrup has ambitions beyond Swansea

Swansea City striker Michu says manager Michael Laudrup will want to manage of one Europe's biggest clubs.

Michu is convinced he will want to take charge of one of the Spanish giants at some stage.

The 16-goal hotshot is tipping the Special One to come out on top against United over two legs in their last-16 showdown.

Michu said: "He will want to go to the top. There are not many people that can go to the very top, players or trainers.

"If he is linked with other clubs that is good for him.

"I think the gaffer could train Real Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester United. I hope he stays, but I don't know what is going to happen in the summer.

"For now, I think Real Madrid are going to beat Man United because they have better players - even though they are at a similar level. Mourinho is a really good coach.

"Madrid are not going to win La Liga and maybe their best chance of winning something is the Champions League.

"So they will put all their efforts into this now.

"I'll be watching both games on television. Everyone in Spain will be watching."
