Premier League clubs have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Thomas Meunier.

The PSG right back was wanted by the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham.

However, Bild in Germany is reporting the right back has agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund.

The Belgium international is impressed by the BVB project and believes he will get a lot of playing time at the club.

He has declined to sign a short term extension with PSG that would have allowed him to complete their Champions League campaign.

Meunier is focused on securing his next club and will move to the German giants next month.
