Former Lyon striker Memphis Depay passed his Barcelona medical on Monday.

Sport says Depay arrived in Barcelona on Monday morning before completing his medical at the club's training ground in the afternoon. All going well, he will be officially presented as a Barça player on Thursday.

The Dutch international completed different stages of the medical assessment in the Barcelona Hospital and the Joan Gamper Training Ground.

He will be officially presented as a Barça player on Thursday.

Depay will meet his new teammates on Tuesday at pre-season training. Frenkie de Jong, Antoine Griezmann and Clement Lenglet - who were also knocked out of Euro 2020 at the quarter final stage - are also expected to attend.
