A-League side Melbourne Victory has announced AGL Energy as its official energy partner, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. As part of the deal, AGL will offer Victory fans a series of special offers. It will also begin activating at Victory home games and become a member of the club's wider corporate networking group, Victory in Business, which comprises 94 other companies.
"AGL is proud to partner with Melbourne Victory and we are looking forward to working with Victory members and our fellow Victory corporate partners through the Victory in Business network," said Mark Brownfield, AGL's general manager of marketing and retail sales.
"We know Victory in Business has been extremely successful and as Australia's largest corporate networking group outside of a game day, we are looking forward to growing that network even further."
No financial details were revealed, but the deal is thought likely to be worth a low six-figure sum to the club.
