Socceroos striker Scott McDonald says he does not mind his current role in the team.
The Celtic star cannot stop scoring for his club but has yet to open his account in 11 appearances for his country and despite the lack of personal glory, is delighted to be part of a squad pushing towards the World Cup.
"You're always disappointed when you come off and the game is still in the balance," he said after playing a loan role in attack for much of the clash with Uzbekistan.
"As a striker that is always the case - I don't like getting taken off at any time - but it's a team game and team's all that matters.
"I'm just delighted we got the win and we're one step closer to a World Cup, which is where I want to be."
