Inter Milan legend Marco Materazzi feels he could make a return to the club.

Materazzi terminated his contract with Inter a year early when it became clear he wouldn't get much playing time, but could come back in another guise.

"Of course my return is more than a mere possibility, but I will only come back when I am asked.

"I have a fantastic rapport with President Massimo Moratti and don't need to disturb him. I am patiently waiting for a call."
