Everton boss Roberto Martinez says his success is thanks to the commitment of chairman Bill Kenwright.
Martinez believes the standards developed at the Club over the last decade - combined with Everton's famous heritage - have given him the perfect launchpad to drive the Blues forward.
And speaking on Sky Sports' Goals on Sunday, the former Wigan Athletic chief said: "We've got terrific facilities and everyone at the Club has got a true passion and a true love for the football club - and that comes from the chairman.
"Bill Kenwright is quite a unique person to be at the forefront of an incredible football club.
"And I think going deep down into the history of the Club - with the School of Science and the Holy Trinity and that way of playing that the fans really enjoy - for me, that's been a real advantage to be able to share those footballing principles.
"That allows everyone to work extremely hard, to be patient and to be a football club very much together to face whatever is in front of us."
