QPR hero Rodney Marsh fears Harry Redknapp isn't up to the job.
Marsh believes the Rs look relegation fodder.
He told talkSPORT: "I've been a friend of Harry Redknapp's for 25 years, going back to when he was a player at West Ham. I always give him the benefit of the doubt in any situation because it wasn't that long ago when he was taking Spurs from bottom to fourth place," continued the ex-England international.
"He clearly is a man that knows the game, he knows his football, and I think he is a terrific manager. But the big question is, can he get the best out of this group of players?
"It seems to me that the answer, in the short term at least, is 'no'. I'm looking at some of the QPR players and they look like a bunch of rag tag players that have been thrown together in a team. They don't look like they know what they are doing, to be honest."
